A compact, versatile solar outdoor light

The AE3 system is perfect for lighting medium to large sized public areas. Based on the AE2 -the world’s first all-in-one solar street light – the AE3 is a versatile commercial solar light designed for recreational areas and park lighting, car park lighting, and pathway lighting.

Three Power Tiers

60W or 90W solar paired with 20W, 30W, or 40W LED delivering 3,896 to 7,308 lumens. Match output to the site without changing the install method.

DarkSky Approved

The All-in-two pairs three solar engines with four luminaire heads. Type II and Type III optics keep light on the ground and off the sky.

UL Certified Configuration

The 90W / 615Wh / 30W LED build is listed to North American safety standards. Efficacy reaches 194 lm/W across the platform.

Ten-Year Battery Life

High-cycle LiFePO4 storage with intelligent battery management runs dawn to dawn with no grid connection and no scheduled maintenance trips.

  • "We replaced forty poles across two municipal lots and haven't touched them since. No trenching, no meter, no monthly bill."

    Public Works Director

  • "The spec support was the difference. They walked our engineer through the photometrics before we ever went to bid."

    Project Manager

  • "Three winters in and output has held. That was the thing we were most skeptical about going in."

    Facilities Manager

  • "Install took a fraction of the time we budgeted for. Our crew had the whole lot done in two days."

    Owner

  • "We were quoted six figures for utility service to the back parking area. This came in well under that and we own it outright."

    Operations Lead

“We needed better lighting in the laneway at the back of our property but wanted a semi-permanent solution that could be repurposed after the site is demolished. A colleague suggested Leadsun solar lighting.”
